* We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, the customer will be notified accordingly.
* You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks.
* Credit card and payment details are always encrypted during transmission.
2. Products and Artworks
* Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect exact colors.
* Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
* Handmade Nature: As many of our products are handmade, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
* Ornaments & Decorations: The ornaments and decorative elements used in our art pieces are subject to availability. In case of any changes, they will be replaced with alternatives of similar aesthetic appeal and equal value, ensuring the overall design and quality remain consistent.
3. Pricing and Payments
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* We are not liable for any price changes, modifications, or discontinuation of products.
* Full payment must be made at the time of purchase via secure payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal).
4. Shipping and Delivery
* Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product type (especially for custom orders).
* We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
* Any applicable customs duties or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. No Return, Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy
* No Return: All products are non-returnable once purchased.
* No Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
* No Refund Policy: We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
* Exchange Policy (Only Applicable Cases):
Exchange is only applicable if:
• The product is damaged during transit
• The wrong product has been delivered
* To be eligible for exchange, you must:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide a complete unboxing video (mandatory, unedited and uncut)
• Provide clear photos of the product and outer packaging
• Share your Order Number
* Failure Clause:
Failure to report the issue within 24 hours of delivery will result in rejection of the exchange request.
* Exchange Conditions:
• Exchange will be provided only for the damaged or incorrect item, not the entire order
• Only one exchange will be provided per order/item
• In case of wrong product delivery, exchange will be processed only after the incorrect product is picked up and received back
