Thank you for choosing Prince of Craft. We are committed to delivering your artwork safely and within the expected timeframe.

1. Processing Time
* All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
* Custom / Commissioned Orders: These are handcrafted and may take 10–15 business days before dispatch.
* Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
* Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Domestic (India):
Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days after dispatch.

3. Packaging Safety (Our Commitment)

At Prince of Craft, we understand the value of handmade art.
* All products are packaged with multiple safety wrap and protection
* Products are securely delivered in sturdy corrugated boxes
* We take utmost care to ensure your product reaches you in safe and perfect condition

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
* Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number
* Tracking details will become active within 24 hours

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
* Not applicable for domestic orders within India

6. Damages During Transit (Important)

If your order arrives damaged, you must:
* Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
* Provide:
   • Unboxing video (mandatory, without cuts)
   • Clear photos of the damaged product
   • Photos of the outer packaging
   • Order Number

⚠️ Important Notes:
* Failure to report within 24 hours will result in rejection of the claim
* Please retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved

📌 After verification, we will process a replacement as per our policy

7. Incorrect Address
* If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for:
* Re-shipping charges
* Any additional handling costs

8. Delivery Delays
* While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
* Courier issues
* Weather conditions
* Public holidays
* We are not liable for such delays, but we will assist you in tracking your order
