Return & Refund Policy

At Prince of Craft, we take great pride in our handmade and artistic creations. As our products are delicate and crafted with care, we follow a strict No Return, No Cancellation & No Refund Policy.

1. No Return & No Cancellation

* Returns are not allowed once a product is purchased. All orders are considered final sale.
* Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
* We do not accept requests for return or cancellation due to change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in handmade products.

2. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items (Important)

* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

* Failure to report the issue within 24 hours of delivery will result in rejection of the exchange request.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide:

* Complete unboxing video (mandatory, without cuts)
* Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product
* Photos of the outer packaging
* Your Order Number

Resolution Process

* Our team will review the provided video, photos, and details.
* If approved, we will provide a replacement (exchange) only.
* No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

* Customized / Commissioned products
* Digital products / downloads
* Gift cards
* All successfully delivered orders (except damaged or incorrect items as per exchange policy)

4. No Refund Policy

* We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
* This applies to all orders including damaged or incorrect items. Only exchange will be provided if eligible.

5. Exchange Policy (Replacement Only)

* Exchange is only applicable for:
* Damaged products
* Incorrect items delivered

* Replacement will be provided only for the affected item(s), not the entire order.

* Only one exchange per order/item will be allowed. No further replacements will be issued.

* In case of a wrong product delivered, exchange will be processed only after the incorrect product is picked up and received back by us.
