Return & Refund Policy

At Prince of Art, we take great pride in our creative work. Since many of our products are artistic and delicate, we have established a clear policy to ensure a fair experience for our customers.

1. Returns Eligibility

• You have [7/14] days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Items on Sale or purchased with a discount code are generally non-returnable.

2. Damages and Issues (Crucial for Art)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24-48 hours with the following:

• Photos of the damaged product.

• Photos of the exterior packaging (box).

• Your Order Number.

• Note: We will provide a free replacement or a full refund for items damaged during transit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Customized/Commissioned Art: Artworks made specifically on your request cannot be returned or refunded.

• Digital Downloads: If you purchase digital art, these are non-refundable.

• Gift Cards.

4. Process for Returns

To start a return, you can contact us at [Support Email]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item (unless the item arrived damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

   

• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

   

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
